Squint is a unique, independent design company that produces and retails premium quality, bespoke, handcrafted furniture and home accessories. Founded by Lisa Whatmough, she channelled her passion for textiles and a very British design sensibility to create a world of richly decorative homewares. Fusing fashion and the decorative arts, each UK-made Squint item doubles up as a piece of contemporary artwork. Injecting her own style into the brand, Whatmough has created a clear visual signature that mixes ages, social and artistic heritages to create her own conceptual vision of how we should live today.
