2. During the Period, customers who purchase a minimum of HK$10,000 net on 3.1 Phillip Lim womenswear apparel in one single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to receive a 3.1 Phillip Lim 10 Year Anniversary Cosmetic Pouch.
3. Eligible Customers can receive the 3.1 Phillip Lim 10 Year Anniversary Cosmetic Pouch at the Lane Crawford Store where the Eligible Transaction is made by presenting the original receipt of the Eligible Transaction during the Period.
4. Customers who made the Eligible Transaction through lanecrawford.com will receive the 3.1 Phillip Lim 10 Year Anniversary Cosmetic Pouch via the same delivery/collection method, while stock lasts.
5. Purchase amount for the Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
6. The promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the promotion.
7. Each customer is only entitled to one 3.1 Phillip Lim 10 Year Anniversary Cosmetic Pouch corresponding to the purchase amount in each Eligible Transaction.
8. The 3.1 Phillip Lim 10 Year Anniversary Cosmetic Pouch cannot be exchanged for money or sold for commercial purposes.
9. The Gift with Purchase MUST be returned with the 3.1 Phillip Lim product(s) with which they were purchased and/or delivered in order for an exchange or refund to be made.
10. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the 3.1 Phillip Lim 10 Year Anniversary Cosmetic Pouch.
